  * Initial release (1.0) TurnKey Portable Development Environment
    - LXC and LXD from Ubuntu xenial-backports

    - lxd-turnkey downloads lxc v1 image and converts to lxd v2 image

    - updated to support versions 3.x of LXC and LXD now in xenial-backports
    - updated to support TurnKey version 15.0 based on Debian stretch
    - replaced --force option with --update
    - initialize LXD only during first install
    - stop containers before update, restart after
