Setting up beta upload for 1.18 addon server

Not sure if the utility used supports it already, but the 1.18 addon server is set up and running and 1.17's one is gonna be closed, so the beta upload routine should be reconfigured

I don't know. @edwardspec is the one who wrote those scripts and he's the only one around here who understands it. I don't even know where is the script that uploads it.

The script is in .github/scripts/upload_beta_addon.sh. Addon server is selected in the line

for WESNOTH_VERSION in "1.16.x" "1.17.x"; do

Okay, so if I replace that line with for WESNOTH_VERSION in "1.18.x"; do, it will upload it only to the 1.18 server? Thanks for the help.

BTW, I'm in chapter 9 playing 1.17/1.19. master is good (and required due to at least kill/filter issue #665). Combat in ch8 looks pretty terrible due to all the missing images #686.
