The "Apply & restart game"-Button below the language selection is translateable, but while doing that I realized the following.
-Start the game: it's english by default
-Select another language
-Click on the OK-button translated in english
-The game restarts
-You can now read the OK-button in your chosen language
-But you don't need it anymore
I think it would be easier to just remove the button and execute when the user clicks on an item in the dropdown.
Since the game is saved anyway the whole restart-loop doesn't need to be explained to the user too.
It's even very practical that the language option is on the start-screen, so if the user accidentially clicks on an unreadable language they will find the control in the exact same spot after the restart anyway.
