That's what in my old note and still be in new file.
Most of them are not our translation problem, so just mention for English version.

all ECM module explanations say it requires a hybrid slot.(ops, redline under "technolgy" too)

966 Weapons and ECM modules can only be installed to external slots:
But Help says they are in the external(weapon) slots.

And I feel some ECM actually only in hybrid, but some go into only external. (That ship data had brown away already though.)

"Exception" is a name of DLC ship. so, It could be in files of DLC.
Not big problem.
