Select to add a new topic in a forum. The anonymous setting description ("Posts are anonymous, but identities...") has been pushed up a line from its enable/disable checkbox. The info message instead is adjacent to checkbox. This is only setting that has its description on different line than its checkbox.

In addition if you enable anonymous posts, the "Reveal identities..." setting that appears below also has same styling issue.

This is occurring on Nightly trunk (slightly different but still busted IMO) and 21x. Will create core jira to get fixed upstream but could be small win for us to fix locally sooner if quick fix.
