Grid Compatibility

I do believe we wanted to add compatibility between the elepower and technic power grids. I was going to do this by just simply registering the elepower machines as technic MV machines one of the register functions in the technic mod documentation as I believe that is how we wanted to do it, but I also wanted to add a converter to convert Elepower EUs to Technic EUs for the MV grid or we could override the node definitions for the technic supply converter to do that.
