Make it so a Gene Mod A can specify another Gene Mod B as a requirement. I leave to you the decision of whether the Gene Mod A should be visible in the list even if Gene Mod B is not installed on the soldier.

I'd like to split Adaptation/Supercompensation into two separate Gene Mods, where you can acquire Adaptation only after you get Supercompensation. I also have an enhancement followup Gene Mod for Rabbit Genes waiting on this.
