add CODE of Conduct page #14

@shahzebsiddiqui and others, shall we use the contributor-covenant code of conduct? https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/0/code_of_conduct.html EDIT: The reason I used that version is because GitHub community guidelines wizard linked to/uses that version |
I'm not sure how they differ but there is a version 2.1 now. https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/1/code_of_conduct/ |
@maherou @jwillenbring Does the Contributor Covenant look appropriate for this purpose? |
I've opened a PR (#61 ) to add a Code of Conduct. I'll wait a day or two before merging for feedback. |
I think the folks on the ParaTools side would benefit from hearing your thoughts, @shahzebsiddiqui, on what the scope of the CoC is intended to be. E.g., discourse and interactions associated with this repository? We do not have much power by way of enforcement over other projects and entities, but, presumably, could help channel reports to the appropriate PoC at the entity in question. |
Added in #61. I'll close this, but feel free to reopen if you feel anything has been overlooked or there is more to do here. |
