Ledger is showing up as empty.

This ended up no bug, but the account had no transactions, should we consider displaying the beginning balance as a transaction?

It appears that the desktop version displays the opening balance as a transaction and it actually creates the transaction when the account is created. Currently we are not creating that transaction and we need to. This way we could display it in the ledger for the user.

The transaction that is setup is an entry into the newly created account and then offset with Opening Balances account.
