Repos need citation info

gwas-sumstats-tools
gwas-sumstats-harmoniser
- For citation, right now you can use Buniello et al 2019 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30445434/, and we also have a new manuscript coming out in Nucleic Acids Research shortly (here in preprint: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.10.23.619767v1) that discusses recent updates to the pipeline.

Add citation information to the GitHub repo:

gwas-sumstats-harmoniser: CIte the repo on the right hand + citation in the readme file (result: https://github.com/EBISPOT/gwas-sumstats-harmoniser/tree/jiyue1214-citation) OR link to GWAS Catalog citation page
gwas-sumstat-tools: To start once the "gwas-sumstats-harmonise" is ok
