Chromosomes should be presented as two groups of 12, rather than all in a long line, otherwise it’s not possible to visualise all of them together i.e.

The alignment of the chromosomes is a bit weird (see difference between chr12 vs chr13, and chr16 vs ch17 below). It would make more sense visually for each of the chromosome images to be aligned to the vertical midpoint.
The filter by key word or ‘clear’ functions work. Nothing happens when I try eg. ‘cancer’ -> apply / clear.
A way to auto-load at a smaller size so all chromosomes are seen at once? It’s loading zoomed in on Chr1,2,3,4 for me. Difficult to resize.
Chromosomes to be larger be able to visualise when zoomed out.
Deactivate page scrolling while the mouse is hovering over the diagram?
Navigating to the later chromosomes (e.g. chr20) requires a lot of repeated clicking and dragging. If there was a horizontal scrollbar, that would make it easier for users to jump to the later chromosomes and back.
When I query using one of the ontology terms and reset the query using the clear button it doesn’t clear and return to the diagram loaded with all data.
