Update the script test_solr_data.py from https://github.com/EBISPOT/gwas-utils/blob/master/dataReleaseQC to differentiate between terms missing in OLS and terms that are now obsolete.

The report from email subject "Data release QC report - 2020-02-25" reports that "influenza infection" is missing in OLS, however this term is no obsolete and replaced by "influenza", http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/EFO_0007328.
