I couldn't find those files. I searched my entire hard drive and I only found the attached log at this location:
NB: If you don't have this log file then you're not running the latest version of the application and should update first to see if we already fixed the bug you're reporting.
I am positive I have the latest version.

I'm not sure how to describe it. Looks like the app simply won't finish starting up. It opens like that and stays like that.
