🤔 Tell Us About the Feature

Royce noticed in an email that online meeting URLs from Microsoft Teams are too long for the event content type. She'd like a longer field.

The current field size is 200 characters. I'm increasing it to 2000.

@hoodriverheather to QC this:

  1. Visit the dev portal and log in
  2. From the "About" menu click "Committees and Collaborative Groups", then click on any committee, subcommittee, or collaborative group
  3. From the "NIH" badge in the corner, choose "Add child page"
  4. For the kind of page to add, choose "Committee event"
  5. Give it a title
  6. Give it a date and time
  7. In the online meeting url field, put in any made up URL; it just has to start with http and be longer than 200 characters (but shorter than 2000)
  8. Press "Publish"
  9. Press "View live"
  10. Confirm that the long URL is intact by hovering your mouse cursor over the "Join the online meeting" button and confirming it matches your made-up URL in step №7

I'm thinking we should also remove the "Join the online meeting" button when the meeting has passed, but that'll happen in issue #399 when we add meeting durations
