Loading

move scripts (map_taxids.py, parse_kreport.py, print_best_blast_hits.py) to somewhere where snakemake can see them (currently expects them to be in $PATH)
move slurm-%j.out files into a directory slurm_logs
for the rRNA summary file, report (min, mean, max) for both alignment length and identity
