Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) support

GAN support is an important major new feature we should add to ELEKTRONN2.
GANs can achieve impressive performance on 2D semantic segmentation, so it would be very interesting to see if/how we can improve our accuracy by using adversarial networks on 3D volume datasets.
