Contact us on the nav bar shouldn't pull up the the email client. #3

The navbar 'contact us' uses a mailto link which forces the email client to pop open.
We should either:

Have it direct to a page with contact info so the user can get the email ID/ support desk info
Have a simple form which will send the email to our support desk.

Issue severity:
Annoyance
