Allow an agents observable as a list of agents to be loaded. Another observable could be used to define those that are active. import may still be needed to control reload and reload and remote versions etc? Or does this string in the agents list contain the tags to control this as well?....

Remains an interesting feature, more in the spirit of EM. import is no longer needed as action alias is used instead of do directly.
