Malaria and HIV do not use SusceptibilityDistribution. Currently, it is a feature available in VECTOR_SIM and STI_SIM, but Prashanth does not use it. There are zero plans of using EMOD for STI related diseases.

This is an opportunity to clean up the C++ code and remove stuff that is not used. Included in this are removing:

  • Susceptibility_Initialization_Distribution_Type
  • Enable_Initial_Susceptibility_Distribution
  • Node::LoadImmunityDemographicsDistribution()
