Hello,
Thanks very much for providing these files. A few small issues (which I was able to correct in my code)

the files are all in a subfolder ('data') so I had to setwd at the start of code blocks to bring them in
the main excel file is 'TSA practice1_nov2017.xls' (not 'TSA practice1_nov2017.xls'). ]
I also had an issue with backticks not working (so it tried to run code it shouldn't have) but that might be me and my setup

Hi Chris thanks for this - these case studies all need a bit of a workover.
