Is there an existing issue for this?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

When reading the doc, it is implicit the need of a cache system runtime to work with.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a new section inside pre-requisites where to explicit this need, and link it to the terraform template when available (see ERNI-Academy/asset-iac-terraform-azure#7)
