Syntax Improvements

Added enumitem package so now \begin{enumerate}[start=3] will start the enumerate counting from 3.

Changed MinutesTemplate topic owners to be an optional argument of the topic (e.g. \topic[owner(s)]{Topic1}).

Fixed the individual question numbering issue in the AssignmentTemplate, so now \que[3.]{Q text} will create a question numbered '3.', and \que{Q text} will create a question numbered normally.

Updated README to better describe the repo contents.

Next Steps Included

Added a 'Next Steps' section to the meeting minutes template, as well as topics, topic owners, and TODO allocation.

Now with Meeting Minutes

Added a template for meeting minutes - includes space for authors, date, time, place, agenda, and notes from the meeting.

Primary Repo Release

Built off previously created templates, added to over time. First release after migration to the repository.

Includes a template for a formal report, and a template for a generic assignment (tailored towards university tastes - specifically engineering).
