Issue Description

Update number_of_months_in_year to number_of_time_slices_in_climatology_dataset for tropp_slices in tropopause_climo_read.meta

This needs a atmospheric_physics update because this standard name is used to specify dimensions for the climatological dataset

Will be worked on after the new atmos_phys directory structure is implemented
