Improvement: Move heat set inserts to Cable Guide from Cable Guide Mount

One design change that could improve usability would be to move the heat set inserts out of the Cable Guide Mount and into the Cable Guide. In other words, reverse the direction of the screws through those parts. That would allow disconnecting the Cable Guide from the rest of the system while its still zip tied to the cable bundle. Currently, to separate the system, the cable ties need to be cut.
