Try to keep duplicated information at minimum

I agree that a Wiki is a nice place to have information gathered, however we already have duplicated a lot information from the README files, the Wiki, the Linux manual page and the project's homepage.
This is time consuming and error-prone to update in all places.

Some could be resolved by placing internal reference links:
For example https://wiki.easyrpg.org/user/player/command-line could be replaced by this link https://easyrpg.org/player/manual/#_options

There have been some changes here and there in recent months to reduce some few duplications.
For this one, added a note with "This page is outdated", but we could wipe the existing table there and just keep the redirect link.
