Explore Adding Capability to Parse CRS from RAS

The HEC-RAS HDF file does not contain the coordinate system of the model grid. Users must therefore define the CRS in the plot() method. However, if a user has the model grid shapefile, it may be possible to parse the coordinate system from that file. We should explore the possibility of allowing users to pass the path to the RAS model shapefile to parse the CRS (in addition to allowing for them to manually define it as a string).
