Error 404 when deploying for iOS

I have no issues at all when I am deploying a project with this plugin for Android, but the moment I want to deploy it on an iPad or even the iOS Simulator, it gives me the following error:

404 Not Found: nl.x-service.plugins.videocapture

What is causing this and how do I solve this?
Even further .. can someone explain to me step by step how to deploy on an iPad with Visual Studio?
I know this is not the question, but it would be nice to finally know how to pull it off.
