Hello, here are 2 suggestions that I belive users should be able to adjust.
For the record I use iOS 16.3.1

  1. When I clean install the edge app and create the first wallets the default currency is € (euro). I live in europe and I use my country's Appstore (don't know if that matters).
Because the majority of the crypto space price charts use USD $ by default I prefer to see the rates in $.
So the problem is that the first wallets created cannot be adjusted to show the prices in $ (or I couldn't find how to change it)
I have to archive them and create new wallets, in my opinion that's not optimal for the user experience.

  2. Alert notifications when starting the app.
There are two seperate alerts that cannot be disabled no matter what.
The "Security Alert - Please enable background app refresh for account security. Edge will notify you........."
The "Remember your password? - You will need your password if your device gets lost or stolen........"

While I understand that this alerts are very importand for security it should be a tick box with "Don't show again" or something that can make those alerts hide for ever.

Please consider those two improvements for Edge app.
Thanks

  1. This is getting fixed in the next 2 months. Keep an eye out for the change where we just have one global account fiat setting which applies to all wallets.
  2. The security alert is too important to allow silencing. But we definitely will consider the "remember your password". Note that successful entries of your password will exponentially increase the delay before you are asked again. This is not unlike many apps and websites where you are auto-logged out and have to re-enter your password occasionally. In the case of Edge, we don't auto-logout such that it requires a password. Instead it just asks you for the password to see if you recall it
