real telemetry costomisation possible?

got a second idea problem that can be a good change
im trying to make a custom sensor for telemetry, i want to convert current to fuel comsumption.. all plaec that they sell sensor or all lua for telemetry for turbine jet engine use cruu from the turbine ecu and convert it in a adaptor and not in the lua..
i can create a copy of the sensor but i dont find or its just not doable , how to set exemple: 0.3 amp = 62ml min ) easy calculation depending of the amp you got your comsomption and do a cumulative you got how mutch gas you take, or you set the fuel amont you got and it go down with the same calc.

just to know if this can be done or i need to start leanr to code advence lolll they use a telemetry decoder mod what they need and recode to be sent to the rx..
