Identifying Argument Components From Students Essays

Repository based on the analysis of argument components from student essays

Introduction

This repository contains 145 argument essays written by students. These essays were curated from the platform - WritingMentor - and annotated by expert annotators to label standard argument components such as Claim and Premises. We followed the typical BIO notations.
