Portable, Extensible Toolkit for Scientific Computation
PETSc, pronounced PET-see (the S is silent), is a suite of data
structures and routines for the scalable (parallel) solution of
scientific applications modeled by partial differential equations. It
employs the MPI standard for parallelism.
