It doesn't crash on my brother's notebook, running Windows 7 X86 and an older version of Pidgin (Pidgin 2.10.9 (libpurple 2.10.9)
9438f4b2904d9574b9e6ffba463d354b3661139f). It does suffer the duplicate display of own messages bug, but sends just fine. It does crash on two different machines running Windows 7-X64 and the latest Pidgin 2.13.0.
The latest version of the libicyque.dll (downloaded today) doesn't crash anymore, but messages won't arrive at the recipient either. That's with Pidgin 2.13 as above. Is it necessary to reboot in order to get it functional?

I don't have a number linked. I get a crash when trying to send a message to another ICQ contact.
