Password request missing

latest version from git, pidgin 2.13.0.

When connecting, no password is requested (no window with password request). The password is accepted only from the account settings.
After the first successful connection, if you remove the password from the account settings, then the connection is still successful!

Passwords aren't used if you're using sms auth, and after logging in successfully once we use an auth token so that we don't need the password any more.

Is the main concern that you're not prompted for a password other than through the accounts settings?

this is not really a problem, it is the expected behavior of the program. I do not use SMS auth, only password.
