[FEATURE] Option to force autoplay on videos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Even when the "Auto-reveal NSFW" option is enabled, autoplay still does not function like it used to for accounts that are marked as "sensitive content." Although I no longer have to click through the sensitive content warning (which is great!), I do now have to click play on every video as I scroll whereas previously the videos just automatically played as they entered into view.

Describe the solution you'd like
Reinstate the functionality to autoplay videos as the user scrolls down the timelijne.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It's admittedly not a significant hardship to just click the play button on videos I want to see as I scroll, but it's inconvenient enough and if possible I'd like the functionality reinstated.

Additional context
This issue only arises from accounts that are marked as sensitive for the media they post. I appreciate how that sounds. I apologise for making a slightly untoward request here.
