It can be exported or imported, but this feature is for development usage.
It will be formal feature with buttons in next minor version.
I have considered to implement cross-device syncing.
But maintaining a stable service to host time sensitive user data is a big challenge for this project, due to budget issue.
Once the service is online, it is hard to shut it down.

Totally agreed that cross-device syncing is hard to build! Have we considered surfacing the import/export functionality to client side so people can manually transfer download history to a new device when needed?
