[BUG] extension causes delay in download

First download (not only twitter) after browser executed has delay with this extension.

When just extension is activated. it make about 2 secs delay.
When Aggressive Mode is activated. it makes about 10 secs delay.

I think its rename feature is making this problem.

OS: Windows 10 22H2
Browser: Naver Whale (Chromium based)

Cannot reproduce the first one. Do you enable only this extension when you were testing?
That would be helpful if you can provide the full steps.
Technically, there is no renaming step in normal mode. The filename is defined before download beginning.

Aggressive mode will cause some weird behaviors due to chromium's feature.
