I assume that it is a functionality bug as this side effect is not mentioned.
When I have a filtered list after finding and user edit someone, user will expect that the list will still be filtered.

It can cause inconvenience as user may filter out the list to edit all at once. By doing this, user will need to filter the list again.

Reason for disagreement: I believe it is still a functionality bug as it is not an expected behaviour and this behaviour is not mentioned in the UG.

In the DG, it does not state about this behaviour too.
