Сrashes when trying to create a process with these parameters:

@unununununununun it happens when the PythonEngine is not correctly setup. I'd suggest you to review how it is being initialized.
Always use the PythonEnvironment Setup and Activate routines. Don't forget to uncheck the "AutoLoad" property in the PythonEngine.
