Context: WordLike is a new vocabulary game being developed by Connor Nacov, a student at RIT. Here is the linkto to the demo: https://synonymtest1.firebaseapp.com/
The app is in the prototype phase. We are looking for UX developers to play the game and provide feedback on it. The developers will be available through Slack to chat about the app.
Goal:
Think about the game mechanics and suggest ideas for the game.
Develop a new wireframe for presenting the information.
Develop a tooltip tutorial or some other tutorial that explains the game.
The gameplay:
Students are given a word and try to think of as many synonyms as they can. They’re given a word and its definition, and a set amount of time (currently 60 seconds but we’re thinking of going longer) to guess however many synonyms presented in list format. The synonyms start out hidden, but are shown when guessed correctly, or gradually over time to help the student with thinking.
