Transcript Editing

Sometimes the transcription doesn't get the words right. We need to provide a way for the candidate to edit the transcription. But the editing needs to preserve the timing of, at least the sentences, if not the words.

• Transcription Editing
• Provide the UI for editing, only to the candidate who's transcription it is.
• In the api we create for updating the transcription, limit update of the transcription to only the user who's transcription that is - based on them being logged in.

Extra Credit
After the candidate records their answers, and reviews it, (the must review it), get the transcription before the candidate posts, and allow the candidate to review and edit it before posting.
