Feedback function in footer.

We need a way for the user to give us feedback.

It can use the send-contact-us api: https://github.com/EnCiv/undebate/blob/master/app/socket-apis/send-contact-us.js
And here is an example of using it in the landing page https://github.com/EnCiv/undebate-ssp/blob/main/app/components/have-a-question.js

For the UI/UX I'm thinking of just re-using the HaveAQuestion and just changing the placeholder to "Got Feedback", and putting it on the bottom left of the footer. But I'm open to other UX/UI ideas.
