Composite dynamic value

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is to be able to define reference data value that has a static part and a dynamic part. The static part can be necessary to satisfy an API constraint/convention or to ease the data cleanup.

Describe the solution you'd like
For instance, in I've fuzzed a small part of the GitHub API. Here are my findings, we could haved used this reference data and all the repositories created by CATS would have the prefix cats-.

  name: "'cats-'.concat(T(org.apache.commons.lang3.RandomStringUtils).random(5,true,true))"
