Getting Disabled Items from Loot Boxes

Describe your issue.

Got "Advanced Fluid Tank" with 16B of Biodiesel (Mekanism) from Quest Loot Box (most likely from a Legendary Mekanism Loot Box). Item description mentions that the item is disabled.

Also got "Charm of Keeping I" (The Twilight Forest) from -most likely- Quest Loot Box, although I cannot assure it was in the same loot box batch opening this version or in any previous version. Item description also mentions that the item is disabled.

Only increased the maximum amount of claimed and loaded chunks for FTB Chunks.

I can't seem to find these in the expert loot tables, however. Looks like the mekanism one should have been taken care of by this commit 4ecac68
