Is there a way to authenticate to an exchange server via NTLM ?

Sorry, this usecase is not yet supported. I am very open for a corresponding PR, though...
As far as I understood, NTML authentication could be used across SMTP, POP and IMAP. Do you happen to have some knowhow about NTML?
