Hi, I called the SNPs of one genome from a metagenome. The pi value of the genome was given in the intradiv.txt file, but I can not find the pi of each contig. Is there any way to show this data?
Thank you for your software, it is very easy to use.

Hi!
You can get it from the *.intradiv-per-locus.txt file, by averaging across
loci for the same contig. Contig IDs are given in the first column of this
file.
Hope that helps
