For this issue and #1562, could I ask about the application case / description of usage?
We can create such terms, but I would suggest that the temporal aspect is better represented in a different variable like a time/date stamp or - if light is more important - measures of illumination
Our use case is the description of plant growth conditions, which in controlled settings will typically be set to a day and night value for temperature and humidity and under field/open environmental conditions an average value for day and for night might be given
label: air humidity day
definition: The humidity of air during daytime.
parent term: humidity (PATO:0015009)
label: air humidity night
definition: The humidity of air during nighttime.
parent term: humidity (PATO:0015009)
