Resizing images with aspect ratio..

I ended up modifying your function to resize with black border so the aspect ratio of images remains the same. I prefer this over the stretched images, so I figure I'd share if you'd prefer them too.

`def resize_img(im, new_size=(144, 208), fill_color=(0, 0, 0, 0)):
    im.thumbnail(new_size)

    x, y = im.size
    size_x = max(new_size[0], x)
    size_y = max(new_size[1], y)
    new_im = Image.new('RGB', (new_size[0], new_size[1]), fill_color)
    new_im.paste(im, (int((size_x - x) / 2), int((size_y - y) / 2)))
    return new_im```

    if dest_size and image.size != dest_size:
        image = resize_img(image, new_size=dest_size)
