Can anyone tell me why the ESP-BluFi App for Android is not available on Google Play?

I have the same question that I cannot find the ESPBluFI APP on google play store.
Only found "ESP BLE Provisioning".

We don't publish blufi app on Google Play
You can download the apk from https://github.com/EspressifApp/EspBlufiForAndroid/releases
