send certification error

Until now, I'm using v1.4.0(app release version) and I was added APIs for send certifications(SUBTYPE_CA_CERTIFICATION, SUBTYPE_CLIENT_CERTIFICATION, SUBTYPE_CLIENT_PRIVATE_KEY).
I updated blufilibrary to v1.6.0 and add APIs for send certifications. Then it returns error for sending data, and sending success just a last packet. Please let me know how can I solve it.
