The rings icon is not intuitive for buffering, especially when buffering a specific geometry type. An icon similar to Pro's would be better. Ideally have buffer-point, buffer-polyline and buffer-polygon icons. Methinks with the buffer area shaded and the buffer a dashed line would look good, be more intuitive, and be useful when buffering a specific geometry type.

An icon for offset. I use hamburger and rotate 90 degrees but not ideal. A hamburger like icon at 45 degrees with dashed outer lines perhaps.

A contour icon. Similar to Pro.

Hey @COV-GIS, Thank you for bringing to our attention the need for additional icons. As a member of the Graphic Illustration team here at Esri, I would like to gather your input on incorporating these concepts into our library. I have created some mock-ups based on your feedback. Please take a look and let me know if any further edits or additions would be beneficial for your specific use cases.

Those look great @allieorth. Thanks for working on this.

One comment: the offset shouldn't have the rounded ends.
